Journal History
Jurnal Manajemen Pelayanan Kesehatan (JMPK) or The Indonesian Journal of Health Service Management is an open access journal using Open Journal System (OJS). Initiated by Department of Health Policy and Management, Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Gadjah Mada.
This journal is intented as communication medium for those who have interest in health policy management and health service management, such as researcher, academics, students, practitioners of health office, Ministry of Health, or health care practitioners.
JMPK already has ISSN both printed and electronic version. JMPK is published four times a year in March, June, September, and December. The journal includes research articles, systematic reviews, lessons from the field, policy papers, and reviews, dealing with hospital management, health care management, health insurance, and issues relevant to health care management. llease refer to focus and scope to see the detail context of this journal.
JMPK's mission is to publish, disseminate and discuss various scientific writings on health care management that help health care managers, researchers, and practitioners be more effective. The journal is intended as a communication medium for those who have an attention to health care management sciences, including managers, managerial policymakers at health care organizations such as hospitals, health offices, the Ministry of Health, public health care centers, and BKKBN. It also manages the drug and health insurance industries, as well as research educational institutions.
JMPK (The Indonesian Journal of Health Service Management) were previously used OJS version 2 with website link: https://jurnal.ugm.ac.id/jmpk, which changed into OJS version 3 since 2016 and moved to website link: https://jurnal.ugm.ac.id/v3/JMPK. The Sinta 4 accredited to The Indonesian Journal of Health Service Management shortened as JMPK applies from Volume 23 No 01 of 2020 to Volume 27 No 04 of 2024.
