This journal is intended as a communication medium for those who have an interest in health service management, including managers and managerial policy makers in health service organizations such as hospitals, health offices, the Ministry of Health, community health service centers, BKKBN, administrators drug industry, and health insurance, as well as research educational institutions.

The scope of this journal includes scientific articles from research results related to health service management at the primary level (Puskesmas, Clinics, Family Doctors), community, and advanced health services (hospitals). Scientific articles discussing aspects of health management (5M), including health financing, leadership, and policies related to health management, are also within the scope of this journal.
