Dear Colleagues and Students,
We are pleased to invite you to attend and participate in the 15th UGM Public Health Symposium (UGM-PHS), which will be held on 19–20 November 2025 as a hybrid event. This biannual symposium is hosted by the Public Health Master Program, Faculty of Medicine, Public Health, and Nursing, Universitas Gadjah Mada, and brings together academics, undergraduate and postgraduate students, international participants, and policymakers to share scientific evidence, best practices, and policy innovations. The theme of this year’s symposium, “Feeding the Future: Lessons Learned to Improve Free Meal Programs on Effectiveness and Food Safety”, aims to generate actionable recommendations for Indonesia’s MBG program and contribute to regional knowledge exchange on sustainable and safe nutrition interventions in schools.
The symposium features the following key sessions:
DAY 1 – Wednesday, 19 November 2025
Oral and Poster Presentations
This session is dedicated to master's students, practitioners, and researchers in public health who present their policy papers, case reports, position papers, public health program implementation, or research in public health. Presentations will be held in parallel sessions throughout the day.
DAY 2 – Thursday, 20 November 2025

Open to faculty members and doctoral students, this session highlights recent advances and ongoing research in public health. - 13.00–14.30 | Public Health Ethics Seminar
