If this paper is accepted for publication, you will be asked to pay an Article Publication Fee to cover publications costs.

Publication Process After Acceptance:

• The corresponding author will receive an acceptance notification and payment instructions from the Editorial Office.
• Authors must complete the payment, upload proof via the OJS system, and send a copy by email to the Editorial Office.
• The publication process—including copyediting, final layout, and online release—will begin only after payment is confirmed.
