At the Bogor Institute of Agriculture (IPB) University in Dramaga, West Java, Indonesia, John Atsu Agbolosoo is pursuing a PhD in Agricultural Economics. He obtained an MSc in Agricultural Enterprise Development from Egerton University, Kenya, and a BSc in Agricultural Economics and Agricultural Management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi-Ghana. With a decade of professional experience, John has established himself as an Agricultural Manager and Researcher in Sub-Saharan Africa, improving farming methods, streamlining agricultural operations, and conducting significant research. His efforts have advanced sustainable agricultural systems, connecting theory and practice to drive innovation in agribusiness across the continent. John has authored several research articles, including studies on entrepreneurial behavioral skills among smallholders, the choice of honey producer market outlets in Rwanda, sustainable supply chain management in the Agri-palm Industry, environmental impact assessment of small-scale oil palm cultivation in Ghana, and factors influencing Indonesia's cocoa exports. In addition, he has reviewed 20 research articles for 8 journals, namely Journal of Rural Studies, Journal of Stored Products Research, Environment, Development, and Sustainability journal, Asian Journal of Agricultural and Horticultural Research, Asian Journal of Agricultural Extension, Economics, and Sociology, Asian Journal of Economics, Business and Accounting, and Asian Journal of Research in Agriculture and Forestry.
