Herman Widjaja received the Sarjana Teknik (B.Eng). degree in architecture engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung, Indonesia, in 1999 and the Magister Manajemen (MBA) degree in Management from Universitas Indonesia, Jakarta, in 2018. Currently, he is pursuing a Master Degree in Information Technology in Universitas Pradita, Serpong, Indonesia. His research interests include digital marketing, real estate finance and data science. In his professional career, he has an extensive twenty-five years of experience in Real Estate Development especially in Indonesia market. His professional expertise ranging from market feasibility study, design, operational, sales, marketing, business development in both residential and commercial real estate. Nanda Perdana

Nanda Perdana earned his Bachelor of Computer Science (S. Kom) degree in Informatics Engineering from Universitas Putra Indonesia YPTK Padang, Indonesia, in 2015. He is currently pursuing a Master of Information Technology education at Universitas Pradita, Serpong, Indonesia. His research interests include computer science, big data analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence and data science. Professionally, he has 7 years of experience as a software and backend developer, focusing on developing reliable, scalable, and efficient applications. He is mastering backend programming, large-scale data management, and has in-depth expertise in big data management using Apache Spark. Additionally, he has experiences in managing SQL and NoSQL-based databases (design, optimization, maintenance) to support business needs. Ito Wasito

Ito Wasito holds PhD (Computer Science) from University of London, a M. Sc Degree from Queen Mary University of London, an Associate Professor at Business Information System, Department of Computing, Westminster International University in Tashkent. His disciplines are ranging from Computing in Mathematics, Natural Science, Engineering and Medicine. His skills and expertise are Data Science, Machine Learning, Bioinformatics.  His research fields consist of Data Analysis/Mining, Application of Predictive and Descriptive Modeling, and Deep Learning on various real industries cases such as: Medical, Pharmacy, Marketing, Image Recognition, Communication and others. He has experiences as Team Leader in several Data Science projects. He has more than sixty research papers published in national and international journals.
