Terapi Kognitif Perilaku Secara Daring dengan Pemantauan Aktivitas untuk Mengurangi Gejala Depresi dan Distress Cemas

Abstract


Gangguan depresi merupakan gangguan yang banyak ditemukan pada individu dengan usia produktif. Intervensi yang dapat diberikan salah satunya dengan terapi kognitif perilaku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas terapi kognitif perilaku secara daring terhadap penurunan gejala gangguan depresi sedang distress cemas. Penelitian ini menggunakan single-case design. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah seorang mahasiswa berusia 22 tahun yang mengalami episode depresi sedang dengan distress cemas. Penelitian ini menggunakan asesmen, yaitu metode observasi, wawancara, dan tes psikologi. Gejala depresi diukur menggunakan Beck Depression Inventory (BDI-II) dan gejala kecemasan diukur menggunakan Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI). Peneliti menentukan baseline kondisi psikologis partisipan sebagai dasar penentuan intervensi. Terapi kognitif perilaku secara online diberikan kepada partisipan dalam enam sesi intervensi, yang terdiri atas formulasi masalah, penangkapan pikiran, pengujian realita, penghentian pikiran negatif, dan pemantauan aktivitas (activity monitoring). Hasil intervensi psikologis menunjukkan ada penurunan intensitas gejala utama episode depresi sedang dengan distress cemas pada partisipan.
