About the Viva Justicia: Journal of Private Law
Welcome to the official website of Viva Justicia: Journal of Private Law (VJPL). Our goal is to enrich the discourse on private law theory and philosophy. We aim to broaden the understanding of Indonesia's legal system by offering free downloads of our journal articles to the public.
Our journal serves as a valuable resource for both scholars and practitioners. Viva Justicia: Journal of Private Law is a double-blind peer-reviewed academic journal focusing on three main scopes which are civil law, labour law, and civil procedural law.
This journal is published by the Private Law Department of the Faculty of Law at Universitas Gadjah Mada. There will be issued edition biannually, each in March and September.

Edisi ini menghimpun berbagai kajian hukum yang menyoroti pentingnya pelindungan hak subjek hukum dalam beragam konteks—baik sebagai individu maupun sebagai entitas hukum—di tengah dinamika sosial dan teknologi. Artikel-artikel dalam edisi ini secara umum mencakup peran hukum dalam memastikan keadilan, kepastian, dan perlindungan bagi kelompok rentan maupun pihak yang mengalami ketidakpastian status hukum dalam praktiknya.
