Volume 2, Issue 2 of the SEAJ ALGov employs the theme "Digital Society, Human Rights, and Accountability." In essence, the articles discussed in this issue can be classified into one of those categories.

The first article, written by Prof. de Vries of Utrecht University, provides a discussion on the threats posed by disinformation and elaborates on the EU's legal strategy to mitigate these risks. It is hoped that the article can inspire Indonesia and other nations in the SEA region to consider the lessons learned from this matter. The second article discusses the potential and challenges of human rights arguments exercised in Indonesian administrative court litigation.

The three remaining articles emphasize accountability. The third article discusses the accountability of campaign funds, the fourth article elaborates on the political accountability exercised by the House of Representatives, and the fifth article highlights the discrepancies in Hajj fund reporting requirements.
