Complains and Appeals

Complains
If you have a complaint about the editorial staff's behaviour or the policies and procedures of SEAJALGOV, send an email with the specifics to the editor-in-chief or the publisher, The Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia, at [EMAIL KITA].
Every complaint submitted via the appropriate procedures will be acknowledged, and the complainant will be informed of the resolution. We appreciate your participation in this process and promise to address issues as soon as possible.

Appeals
If authors feel that a judgment about their contributions to journals published by SEAJALGOV was unfair, they have the opportunity to appeal the decision. In order to appeal a decision, a letter explaining the appeal's purpose and why the verdict is unfair must be submitted.

Before reaching a decision, the editor-in-chief will examine all pertinent submission-related documentation, confer with the appropriate associate editor or reviewers, and designate a new reviewer to assess the work. The final decision will be made by the editor-in-chief.
