Pengelolaan Karya Inovasi Mahasiswa dan Dosen Berbasis Website di Perpustakaan Universitas Surabaya
Abstrak
Kemajuan teknologi informasi telah membawa perubahan besar dalam cara perguruan tinggi mengelola karya inovatif. Mahasiswa dan dosen, sebagai aktor utama dalam kegiatan akademik dan penelitian, membutuhkan sistem yang terorganisir untuk mendokumentasikan dan menyebarluaskan hasil karya mereka secara optimal. Beberapa karya bernilai tinggi yang belum terdokumentasi secara memadai, sehingga berisiko tidak dikenal luas atau bahkan hilang. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, perpustakaan mengembangkan pengelolaan karya inovasi berbasis web bernama GEMILANG-IN (GEnerasi MIlenial dengan LANGkah INovatif). Sistem ini dirancang sebagai sarana untuk mengarsipkan, mengelola, dan mempublikasikan karya inovasi sivitas akademika secara terstruktur dan berkelanjutan. Kajian ini mengulas secara menyeluruh mengenai landasan, tujuan, metode implementasi, serta manfaat dari GEMILANG-IN dalam mendukung peningkatan visibilitas karya, pelestarian digital, dan kemudahan akses. Melalui program ini, diharapkan universitas dapat tampil sebagai institusi yang produktif, inovatif, dan berdaya saing di tingkat nasional maupun global
