Knowledge transfer pada bookless library di DIGILIB FISIPOL Universitas Gadjah Mada
Abstract
Pendahuluan: Penerapan knowledge transfer dalam lembaga perpustakaan diperlukan untuk memberi suatu pengetahuan baru dan bertukar pengetahuan agar dapat memberikan kemajuan dalam perpustakaan.
Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data di lapangan yaitu pengumpulan data, wawancara, diskusi kelompok, dan observasi.
Data analisis: Analisis data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini terbagi menjadi beberapa tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, kesimpulan dan verifikasi data.
Hasil dan Pembahasan: keuntungan yang bisa diperoleh dari melakukan knowledge transfer dalam lingkungan perpustakaan yaitu Meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas, Meningkatkan pelayanan berkualitas, Memastikan konsistensi dan akuntabilitas, Meningkatkan motivasi dan retensi staf, Memastikan bahwa pengetahuan kritis tidak hilang.
Kesimpilan: Dalam hal ini terdapat 2 golongan pustakawan yang saling bertukar pengetahuan yaitu Pustakawan senior lebih banyak mentransfer pengetahuan dalam hal kepemimpinan, memanajemen koleksi, pengembangan layanan informasi, perencanaan dan evaluasi, penawaran proposal, manajemen strategis, keterampilan keuangan, apresiasi multiprofesional, manajemen kebijakan, dan penyelesaian masalah. Pustakawan muda melakukan knowledge transfer pada pustakawan senior dalam hal keterampilan teknologi informasi, perancangan aplikasi, promosi dan pemasaran, pengembangan layanan infromasi, promosi dan pemasaran, keterampilan kritis, keterampilan komunikasi, dan desain perpustakaan. Budaya knowledge transfer dapat dilakukan untuk memaksimalkan kualitas bookless library sebagai perpustakaan masa depan.
