FAKTOR RISIKO KEJADIAN DRUG RELATED PROBLEMS PADA PASIEN PENYAKIT KRONIS RAWAT JALAN DI POLIKLINIK PENYAKIT DALAM

Abstract
Peranan farmasi klinik antara lain mengidentifikasi, mencegah, dan mengatasi Drug Related Problems (DRPs). Penelitian - penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan faktor risiko terjadinya DRPs antara lain: usia, jenis kelamin, polifarmasi, jumlah obat yang diterima, diagnosa serta penyakit penyerta. Prevalensi penyakit dalam menurut Riskesdas pada tahun 2013 cenderung mengalami peningkatan. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan faktor risiko terhadap kejadian DRPs pada pasien penyakit dalam. Penyakit kronis yang diteliti adalah diabetes melitus, hipertensi, hipertiroid, hipotiroid, sirosis hepatik dan PPOK.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian case control dengan pengambilan data menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data diambil dari resep rawat jalan poliklinik penyakit dalam pada bulan Mei 2015. Analisis data dilakukan dengan statistik deskriptif untuk menunjukkan kejadian DRPs. Untuk melihat hubungan faktor risiko dengan DRPs digunakan Metode Chi square dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Untuk mengetahui hubungan antar faktor-faktor risiko dianalisis dengan metode regresi linear logistik berpasangan (multivariat).
Hasil peneltian menunjukkan sebanyak 185 kejadian DRPs pasien rawat jalan dengan penyakit kronis Jenis kejadian DRP berturut- turut dari yang paling banyak adalah indikasi tanpa terapi 46 kejadian (24,73%), dosis obat berlebih 41 kejadian (22,04%), ROTD 41 kejadian (22,04%), obat tidak efektif 38 kejadian (20,43%), terapi tanpa indikasi 11 kejadian (5,92%) dan dosis obat kurang sebanyak 9 kejadian (4,48%). Usia lanjut, multiple comorbid, dan polifarmasi, berpengaruh terhadap kejadian DRPs (p < 0,05).
