Abstract


Latar Belakang: Pandemi COVID-19 mengubah sistem pembelajaran secara global, dari tatap muka ke metode pembelajaran jarak jauh secara daring. Beberapa kendala ditemukan selama pembelajaran online ini.

Tujuan: Mengetahui kendala-kendala yang dihadapi oleh para mahasiswa Universitas Gadjah Mada yang mengambil mata kuliah kodifikasi klinis selama perkuliahan secara daring.

Metode: Penelitian kualitatif ini menggali perspektif para mahasiswa yang mengambil mata kuliah kodifikasi klinis tentang fenomena yang mereka alami dan rasakan pada pembelajaran secara daring. Sebanyak 42 mahasiswa direkrut sebagai responden menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pendekatan fenomenologi digunakan untuk melihat pengalaman mahasiswa yang dikategorikan dalam tema dan sub-tema.

Hasil: Empat tema telah berhasil digolongkan, yaitu kendala proses pembelajaran, kendala teknologi, kendala waktu pembelajaran, dan kendala individu. Mahasiswa diberikan pertanyaan terkait pengalaman mereka saat mengikuti proses pembelajaran secara daring. Dari empat tema tersebut, sub-tema dijabarkan lebih lanjut untuk memberikan kejelasan dari fenomena yang disampaikan oleh para mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran kodifikasi klinis secara daring.

Kesimpulan: Jangkauan koneksi internet yang belum merata menjadi kendala utama dalam proses pembelajaran kodifikasi klinis secara daring. Oleh karena itu, pembelajaran online sebaiknya dipersiapkan dengan lebih matang terutama pada aspek teknologi dan metode pembelajarannya.
