Pelatihan Storytelling untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Stimulasi Emosi Guru PAUD

Abstract


Stimulasi pada anak usia dini perlu dilakukan secara seimbang sesuai tahap perkembangannya. Salah satu aspek yang perlu distimulasi adalah aspek perkembangan emosi. Akan tetapi, guru maupun orang tua anak usia dini seringkali merasa kesulitan memberikan stimulasi perkembangan emosi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan stimulasi perkembangan emosi pada guru PAUD melalui aktivitas storytelling. Aktivitas storytelling dilakukan dalam kelompok kecil sesuai usia dan dipandu oleh guru sebagai fasilitator. Melalui aktivitas ini, guru dapat mengenalkan berbagai emosi dasar, mengajari anak untuk mengenali respons fisiologis yang mengikuti munculnya emosi, serta mendorong anak menggali pengalaman pribadi yang memunculkan respons emosi tertentu.
