Rayini is an Associate Professor at Faculty of Psychology, Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia. She obtained her PhD in Organizational Psychology from the University of Queensland, Australia. Her research focuses on consumer behavior, organizational communication, and intergroup communication. She has published numerous papers on these topics.
