All manuscripts submitted to JTRAB (Jurnal Teknologi dan Rekayasa Alat Berat) must comply with the journal’s requirements as stated in the Author Guidelines. Each manuscript will undergo an initial editorial screening to ensure its suitability, originality, and compliance with the journal’s scope and formatting standards.

Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are then independently reviewed by at least two external reviewers using a blind review process, where both reviewers remain anonymous.

Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on its scientific quality, originality, technical accuracy, clarity of presentation, and relevance to the field of heavy equipment technology and engineering. Based on their assessments, reviewers may recommend one of the following decisions:

Accept without revision

Accept with minor revision

Reconsider after major revision

Reject

The final decision regarding publication, revision, or rejection is made by the Editor-in-Chief based on the reviewers’ reports and recommendations. In certain cases, the editor may assign an additional reviewer or request further review before reaching a final decision.

All correspondence regarding the review and editorial process is conducted through the JTRAB Online Submission System to ensure transparency and confidentiality.
