She received her Doctoral degree in Management from Universitas Gadjah Mada - Indonesia, with major in Human Resource Management and Organization. Her dissertation is about abusive supervision. Her research interests are Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Workplace Deviance Behavior, and Abusive Supervision. She has presented her researches at several International Conferences, such as in Thailand-Japan International Academic Conference at Osaka University on 2013 and at Tokyo Institute of Technology on 2012. HANDOKO, Hani T. is currently a Senior Lecturer of Management in the Faculty of Economics and Business at Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB-UGM), where he received a Sarjana (S1) degree in Management in 1981. He earned his M.B.A. in Human Resource Management from the School of Business at State University of New York at Albany, and his Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the Gatton College of Business and Economics at the University of Kentucky at Lexington. He specializes in human resource management, organizational behavior, and strategic management. He has authored or co-authored several textbooks and published articles in Indonesian journals.
