Dear Sir/Madams

As it looks now in this 2017 volume, Berita Kedokteran Masyarakat (Journal of Community Medicine, BKM) publishes every month, in the first day of the month. The BKM was originally part of the community medicine program at the School of Medicine, Universitas Gadjah Mada. Along with the growing public health studies, BKM is now a place for the whole ranges of public health professions. Please send your paper, according to the available tracts. Please e-mail the editor if you have any questions.

If accepted, a paper will take about six month to be ready for publication. If you send a paper this time (middle of this September 2017), your manuscript will be published in our Edition No 5 of Volume 34 of 2018. Depending on the speed of revising and editing processes from reviewers and authors, ready manuscripts will be considered to be published earlier than their scheduled publication time.

We accept manuscripts in Bahasa Indonesia with English abstracts, or the English text, accompanied by an abstract in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Greetings from the Editor
