Upon acceptance of the article, authors are required to pay an article-processing charge.

If you do not have the funds to pay the article processing charge, you will have an opportunity to waive it. Simply inform us after your article has been accepted (providing evidence for why a waiver is necessary) and we will waive the fee. We do not want publication fees to prevent the publication of worthy work.
