Tinjauan Kritis atas Visi dan Misi Prabowo-Gibran tentang Kerangka Regulasi Transisi Energi Hijau

Abstrak

Pemilihan umum presiden Indonesia yang dilakukan pada tahun 2024 telah menghasilkan pasangan Prabowo-Gibran sebagai pemenang. Pasangan ini resmi terpilih dan akan dilantik pada Oktober 2024 sebagai Presiden dan Wakil Presiden Republik Indonesia untuk masa jabatan 2024-2029. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk melakukan tinjauan kritis terhadap visi, misi, dan program kerja Prabowo-Gibran dalam melihat transisi energi dan melakukan perbandingan dengan regulasi yang sudah resmi, rancangan regulasi tentang
energi, dan diskursus tentang tata kelola energi terbarukan. Artikel menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berupa kajian atas kebijakan dan visi misi pemimpin terpilih yang akan memulai era pemerintahan yang baru. Temuan utama dalam artikel ini yaitu: 1) visi dan misi pasangan terpilih lebih didominasi pada pandangan energi terbarukan sebagai pemenuhan ketersediaan energi daripada kebutuhan penurunan emisi; 2) kurangnya dukungan ide untuk transisi tata kelola energi yang inklusif; 3) kurangnya perhatian pada kawasan perdesaan sebagai subjek dalam tata kelola energi.
