Abstract
menyebabkan jarum endodotik patah. Teknik bypass berhasil digunakan dengan cara menyusuri celah antara dentin saluran akar dengan jarum yang patah menggunakan Kfile #8-#15 dan dilanjutkan sampai file protaper Handuse F1,
disertai irigasi NaOCl dan EDTA gel. Pengisian saluran akar dilakukan menggunakan guttapercha dan sealer Ahplus. Restorasi akhir berupa pasak dengan mahkota Porcelain Fuse to Metal. Teknik bypass dapat menjadi pilihan pada kasus jarum patah dan memberikan hasil perawatan yang baik.
