Eksisi Mucocele Rekuren pada Ventral Lidah dengan Anestesi Lokal

Abstract

Mucocele adalah lesi yang umum ditemukan pada mukosa oral dan merupakan lesi jinak kelenjar saliva yang paling sering ditemukan di rongga mulut. Insiden mucocele sering ditemukan karena adanya trauma kelenjar saliva minor. Mucocele dapat terjadi laki-laki maupun perempuan pada segala usia dengan insiden tertinggi pada dekade kedua. Mucocele dapat terjadi pada daerah manapun di dalam rongga mulut yang mengandung kelenjar saliva minor, tetapi bibir bawah merupakan lokasi paling umum karena paling mudah mengalami trauma. Mucocele Blandin Nuhn adalah mucocele yang paling sering terjadi pada lidah, meskipun jarang terjadi. Dilaporkan kasus mucocele Blandin Nuhn pada ventral lidah yang terjadi pada anak laki-laki 17 tahun, datang ke poli Bedah Mulut dan Maksilofasial RSUP Dr Sardjito, dengan riwayat rekurensi dimana sebelumnya 3 bulan yang lalu telah dilakukan eksisi lesi yang sama pada tempat yang sama. Penatalaksanaan pada kasus ini adalah insisi sekitar lesi bentuk ellip, lalu dilakukan deseksi hingga eksisi kelenjar saliva yang terlibat dengan anestesi lokal disertai motivasi terhadap pasien agar tidak menggangu bekas luka. Setelah dilakukan kontrol 6 bulan dengan hasil baik dan tidak ditemukan keluhan yang sama

Abstract: Excision of recurent mucoceles at ventral of tongue under local anesthesia. Mucoceles are one of the most common of the benign soft tissue masses that occur in the oral cavity. Trauma to the minor salivary gland assosiated with insidens of mucocele. It belived to arise equally in both sexes and affect patients of all ages, with higher incidence in the second decade. Mucoceles could be happen anywhere in of oral cavity with minor salivary gland but the most common site is lower lip. Mucocele Blandin Nuhn is most common mucocele of tongue, even it rare case. We reported a 17 years old boy who came to Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery departement of RSUP Dr Sardjito hospital with mucocele Blandin Nuhn of ventral tongue, and recurent have been happen that 3 mouth before the lesion at same site had excisied. Treatment consists of reexcision with ellip incision, desection and excision of the assosiated salivary gland tissue beneath the mucocele with local anasthesia, and patient motivations do not disturb the lesion. Evaluation 6 mounths post surgery show good result and no sign of recurency.
