Tingkat Pengetahuan Petugas Kesehatan dalam Pengelolaan Vaksin di Negara Berpendapatan Rendah Dan Menengah: Tinjauan Literatur

Abstract


Vaksin adalah produk biologis sensitif yang dapat dengan mudah rusak jika ditangani secara tidak benar. Pengelolaan vaksin yang baik dapat menjaga potensi vaksin. Untuk itu diperlukan pengetahuan yang memadai dari tenaga kesehatan dalam pengelolaan vaksin di puskesmas sehingga pengelolaan vaksin di lakukan sesuai standar. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk melakukan tinjauan terhadap tingkat pengetahuan tenaga kesehatan dalam pengelolaan vaksin dan faktor terkait di Negara berpendapatan rendah dan menengah pada tahun 2018-2023. Pencarian artikel menggunakan database Pubmed dan Plos One dengan kata kunci “Knowledge OR Practice AND Vaccine AND Cold Chain Management AND Public health” mendapatkan 68 artikel. Artikel diseleksi dengan kriteria inklusi yaitu original artikel, tahun terbit 2018-2023, berbahasa inggris, dan dapat diakses secara terbuka sehingga diperoleh 9 artikel. Tingkat pengetahuan tenaga kesehatan dalam pengelolaan vaksin masih rendah pada 7 artikel dengan kisaran 38,3% - 68,6%. Faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat pengetahuan tenaga kesehatan adalah usia tenaga kesehatan, pengalaman kerja, profesi tenaga kesehatan, tempat praktek, mengikuti pelatihan dan kepatuhan dalam menggunakan pedoman. Tingkat pengetahuan yang baik mempengaruhi pengelolaan vaksin yang baik.
