Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.


Author Guidelines

Articles must provide in-depth analysis on any issues within the area of international law
(public or private) or comparative law

Articles must be written in proper English or Indonesian

The article must consist of:
a. Title (max 15 words)
b. Abstract in English (100-200 words)
c. 3000-5000 words, excluding titles, abstract, bibliography, , and “about
the author”, but including footnotes.

The manuscript shall structures with the heading Introduction, Body (as per topic),
Conclusion, Bibliography, A paragraph on “About the Author” (Full Name, Entrance Year,
University, Faculty, Major, Special Concentration (if any))

Articles uses footnotes for citations (American Psychology Association Referencing

There should be at least twelve references used, and may only cite reliable sources

Footnotes are allowed for non-reference purposes


Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
