TINGKAT LITERASI DIGITAL DAN PENERIMAAN SISTEM INFORMASI EZOONOSIS PADA PETUGAS KESEHATAN

Abstract
Latar belakang: Profil Kesehatan Indonesia tahun 2019 menunjukkan adanya peningkatan jumlah kasus pada beberapa penyakit zoonosis dibandingkan tahun 2018. Dalam rangka pengendalian dan pencegahan penyakit zoonosis, Kementerian Kesehatan bekerja sama dengan Health Information System Universitas Gadjah Mada melakukan pengembangan dan implementasi Sistem Informasi eZoonosis melalui pelatihan daring. Salah satu hambatan implementasi sistem informasi adalah berupa keterisian data. Keterisian data imunisasi dasar di DKI Jakarta tahun 2021 menunjukkan dari 44 puskesmas di DKI Jakarta, hanya 50% puskesmas mengisi data imunisasi di platform DHIS2. Penyebab hambatan keterisian ini perlu dilihat dari sisi literasi digital pengguna. Sebuah survei literasi digital dan penggunaan teknologi oleh Kuek dan Hakkennes (2020) menunjukkan bahwa responden yang memiliki rasa percaya diri yang tinggi dalam menggunakan teknologi akan memiliki sikap yang positif terhadap sistem informasi. Selain itu, menurut Jang et al., (2021) Semakin tinggi literasi informasi berhubungan langsung dengan semakin tinggi niat menggunakan teknologi digital. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan gambaran literasi digital dan Sistem Informasi eZoonosis pada petugas kesehatan.
Metode: Metode berupa penelitian kuantitatif non eksperimental dan desain studi potong lintang menggunakan kuesioner. Data kemudian dianalisis secara PLS-SEM untuk memberikan gambaran literasi digital dan sistem informasi eZoonosis.
Hasil: Responden terdiri dari 99 orang yang berasal dari 10 provinsi di Indonesia, hanya 59 responden masuk ke dalam proses pengambilan data dikarenakan beberapa hambatan diantaranya kendala kesibukan responden, ketersediaan, maupun kendala lain. Variabel frekuensi penggunaan dan tingkat kepercayaan diri digunakan untuk menggambarkan tingkat literasi digital. Variabel persepsi kegunaan, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, dan sikap terhadap Sistem Informasi eZoonosis menggambarkan penerimaan sistem informasi.
Kesimpulan: Tingkat literasi digital tinggi, namun kurang percaya diri dalam menggunakan sistem informasi spesifik kesehatan. Walaupun dipersepsikan berguna, mudah digunakan, dan disikapi positif, tetapi penggunaan Sistem Informasi eZoonsis masih digunakan hanya pada daerah tertentu. Terdapat faktor lain yang mempengaruhi penggunaan Sistem Informasi eZoonosis.
