In 2005, the journal was nationally re-accredited with the decree No. 56/DIKTI/KEP./2005
In 2007, the journal was nationally re-accredited with the decree No. 167/DIKTI/KEP./2007
In 2009, the journal is fully in English as Journal of Indonesian Economy and Business with ISSN 2085-8272.
In 2010, the journal is indexed in EBSCO (Business Source Corporate Plus) (September 1, 2010)
In 2011, the journal was nationally re-accredited with the decree No. 81/DIKTI/KEP/2011
In 2013, the journal has e-ISSN 2338-5847.
In 2013, JIEB was accepted to indexed into ProQuest (February 23, 2013)
In 2014, JIEB was accepted to be listed in ECONLIT
In 2016, the journal is nationally re-accredited with decree No. 36a/E/KPT/2016. This accreditation is valid for 5 years until May 2021
In 2017, Journal of Indonesian Economy and Business was indexed by DOAJ (July 3, 2017)
In 2018, JIEB received a new national accreditation status SINTA 2, No. 30/E/KPT/2018. (Oct 24, 2018)
