Journal of the Civil Engineering Forum (JCEF) was formerly known as Forum Teknik Sipil (1992-2006) publishes double-blind peer-reviewed articles in Civil and Environmental Engineering concerning disaster issues. JCEF welcomes articles in the form of research articles, review articles, technical notes and editorial notes. There is no article processing charge (no fee) applied to any published article. It is a four-monthly journal, open-access and published by Universitas Gadjah Mada.
