Peer Review Process

The Editorial staffs will select any submitted articles through a Desk Review process. Then, chosen articles will be sent to Editor. The Editorial Board will make Editorial Decision if the manuscript will be accepted, accepted with revision, or rejected. If the manuscript needs to be revised, Editor will send the article to peer-reviewer. The journal adheres to a Double Blind-Review Process policy in which the identity of both the reviewer and author are always concealed from both parties.

Peer-reviewer will submit comments on substantial and technical aspects for each manuscript.

Peer-Review Process:

  1. Author submit the manuscript;
  2. Desk Review - 7 days (includes basic requirement for academic articles i.e. literature review, methodology, analysis, and conclusion; plagiarism check; reference accuracy; and stylization. The manuscript could be rejected, or returned to be revised, before the peer-review process). Accepted manuscript will be sent to Editor;
  3. Editorial Decision - 2 weeks. A manuscript will be accepted, rejected, or accepted with revision, based on a quality assessment. If a revision is required, the responsible editor will send an invitation to appropriate reviewers.
  4. Blind peer review - 4 weeks. Reviewer provides comments, which summarized with a recommendation to accept, accept with revision, or reject the manuscript. The handling editor will then evaluate the review. If the reviews differ widely, the editor may invite additional reviewers. The decision -whether the manuscript is accepted, accepted with revision, or rejected- will be communicated to the author;
  5. Revision. If a major revision is required, the editor will notify the reviewers the outcome of the review so that they may expect to receive a new version of the manuscript. However, reviewers might opt out of further participation. If a minor revision is required, the handling editor might follow-up the revised manuscript;
  6. Production. If an article is accepted, the manuscript will be sent to proofread and layout. The author will be notified once the final manuscript has been done. The article will only be published with confirmation by the author.
  7. Published. Section editor will publish the article
