Ely Susanto is a lecture at the Department of Management and Public Policy, Universitas Gadjah Mada.  He obtained PhD from College of Management, National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. He published in a number of articles in journal including The International Journal of Human Resource Management and Journal of Asia Business Studies.
