TUNGGAL YUNUS ESTATE ON FARM INCOME IN TAPUNG SUB-DISTRICT, KAMPAR DISTRICT 2024-07-15T11:39:32+07:00 Cindy Triwulansari hani.perwita@ugm.ac.id Masyhuri hani.perwita@ugm.ac.id Hani Perwitasari hani.perwita@ugm.ac.id
Partnerships in oil palm plantations aim to increase production through assistance provided by the company, so that farmers' income increases. PT Tunggal Yunus Estate is one of the companies engaged in oil palm plantations and processing in Tapung District, Kampar Regency. This study aims to: (1) determine the partnership pattern between partner farmers and PT Tunggal Yunus Estate; (2) compare farm income between partner farmers and non-partner farmers; (3) determine the factors that influence the decision of oil palm farmers to partner with PT Tunggal Yunus Estate. The number of samples used was 30 respondents consisting of 15 partner farmers and 15 non-partner farmers. Sampling on partner farmers using simple random sampling method, while sampling on non-partner farmers using purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used was descriptive analysis, independent sample t-test, and binary logistic regression analysis. The results showed that the partnership pattern uses the core plasma pattern, but not pure. The difference with plasma core partnerships in general is in land and farming costs. Oil palm farming income of partner farmers amounting to Rp 44,712,326.51/ha/year is higher than oil palm farming income of non-partner farmers amounting to Rp 29,036,170.93/ha/year. The difference in income is due to differences in production levels and FFB prices. Factors that positively influence the decision of oil palm farmers to partner with PT Tunggal Yunus Estate are land area and income, while age, education level, number of family dependents, and farming experience have no significant effect.
2024-03-30T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) https://jurnal.ugm.ac.id/v3/JAMADEV/article/view/10898 BUSINESS ANALYSIS OF HOUSEHOLD SCALE COW’S MILK INDUSTRY IN SARANGAN VILLAGE MAGETAN REGENCY 2024-07-15T11:39:32+07:00 Sabila Rahmatami Puspita sabilarahma4@gmail.com Umi Barokah umibarokah@staff.uns.ac.id Refa'ul Khairiyakh refaul.khairiyakh@staff.uns.ac.id
The purposes of this research were to determine the total costs, revenues, profits, efficiency, and risks in the household scale pasteurized cow’s milk industry in Sarangan Village, Magetan Regency. Consequently, Indonesia has become the world's largest wheat importer in 2021. This study aims to determine the determinant factors of Indonesia’s wheat imports during the 1990-2021 period. The data used in this study is time series data of 32 years from 1990 to 2021, which consists of annual data on the Indonesian wheat import volume, GNI, wheat consumption, rice consumption, exchange rate value, interest rate, domestic rice production, wheat price, rice price and wheat flour import tariff agreement. The data was processed using Eviews 9 with multiple linear regression models using the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The regression results showed that GNI, wheat consumption, rice consumption and the exchange rate had positive impacts on the Indonesian wheat import volume during 1990-2021, while domestic rice production had negative impacts. On the other hand, interest rate, wheat price, rice price and wheat flour import tariff agreement have no significant effect on Indonesian wheat import volume.
2024-03-30T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Journal of Agribusiness Management and Development https://jurnal.ugm.ac.id/v3/JAMADEV/article/view/11927 DETERMINANT FACTORS OF VISITORS TO PARHONASAN DAIHONAS AGROTOURISM IN NORTH SUMATERA, INDONESIA 2024-07-15T11:39:33+07:00 Sonia Manik gita.mulyasari@unib.ac.id Irnad gita.mulyasari@unib.ac.id Gita Mulyasari gita.mulyasari@unib.ac.id M. The horticulture subsector is a promising industry that significantly contributes to economic development. Fruit commodities have become increasingly essential in the horticulture subsector and are in high demand by the community.
