Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (a) menggambarkan tipologi nilai etika moral Islam dan Jawa pada tindakan ekonomi petani kopi Arjuno, (b) menggambarkan pembentukan jaringan, relasi ekonomi, nilai, norma dan tindakan ekonomi individu petani kopi Arjuno dan, (c) keterlekatan etika moral  ekonomi Islam dan Jawa dalam  tindakan ekonomi petani kopi Arjuno. Penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif sebagai metode penelitian dengan pendekatan studi kasus, latar tempat dalam penelitian ini perkebunan kopi rakyat lereng gunung Arjuno. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (a) petani kapitalis Islam dan Jawa memegang teguh tipologi nilai dasar manusia Jawa, nilai “Gak Gelem di ndas-endasi”, petani kopi kapitalis Islam membentuk nilai adil, sabar dan jujur dalam mempertahankan eksistensinya, sementara petani kopi kapitalis Jawa membentuk nilai nerimo ing pandum, eling lan waspodo serta tepo sliro, prasojo lan temen untuk mempertahankan eksistensinya. (b) jaringan dan hubungan ekonomi yang terbentuk intens menguatkan trust antar aktor serta nilai, norma dan tindakan ekonomi  individu petani kopi Arjuno bersifat kolektif dan inklusif. (c) keterlekatan etika moral ekonomi Islam dan Jawa dalam tindakan ekonomi petani kopi Arjuno, petani kopi kapitalis Islam mampu berkembang dan membuka tindakan ekonomi bersifat kolaboratif aktif dalam mempertahankan eksistensinya, berbanding terbalik dengan petani kopi kapitalis Jawa.
