Abstract


Indonesia is now encountering one of the most serious food security problems afler
remarkable progress has been made in improving food security for the past three
decades. The problems in food production which certainly affect food availability,
primarily due to the El-Nino effect which caused long drought with immediate impact a significant decline in food production which certainly effect the total amount food
available for the people.
