4. | Description | Abstract | Abstrak Telah dibuat sebuah perangkat lunak sistem rekayasa balik sinyal Elektrokardiogram yang dapat melakukan visualisasi grafik sinyal EKG dan melakukan simulasi suara detak jantung berdasarkan data rekam jantung berformat CSV. Aplikasi ini memanfaatkan database dalam situs PhysioNet yang menyediakan data rekam EKG. Data yang terdiri atas deretan amplitudo dengan interval tertentu diproses oleh aplikasi sehingga dapat diplot menjadi grafik gelombang EKG dan diubah menjadi suara lub-dub detak jantung. Aplikasi melakukan penghitungan frekuensi gelombang EKG dalam periode waktu tertentu menggunakan penghitungan gelombang R. Berdasarkan hasil uji terhadap 70 sampel data yang ada dalam Apnea-ECG Database, aplikasi ini dapat melakukan visualisasi grafik sinyal EKG sehingga memunculkan hasil diagnosis oleh tenaga medis berupa 34 sampel masuk dalam kategori gelombang normal, 21 gelombang dengan gangguan, dan 15 gelombang derau. Berdasarkan 55 sampel pengujian simulasi suara detak jantung, didapatkan hasil diagnosis 44 sampel merupakan irama detak jantung normal dan terdapat suara murmur yang menjadi indikasi awal kelainan pada jantung dalam 11 sampel lainnya. Kata kunci Elektrokardiogram, PhysioNet, CSV, jantung Abstract A reverse engineering system software of Electrocardiogram signal that can perform ECG signal graph visualization and perform heartbeat sound simulation based on CSV format ECG record has created. These application utilize a database from PhysioNet site that provides an ECG records. Data that consisting of amplitude rows with specific intervals has processed by the application so EKG waveform can be plotted and converted into lub-dub heartbeat sound. System will calculating ECG waveform frequencies within certain period using R wave calculation. Based on test results of 70 samples on existing data in Apnea-ECG Database, this software can do ECG signal visualization that led to the medical diagnosis in the form of 34 samples in the category normal waves, 21 waves with interference, and 15 waves with noise. Based on 55 samples tests in heartbeat simulation, the diagnosis shows 44 samples is a normal heart rhythm sound and 11 other samples having murmur sound inside that indicating an heartbeat anomaly.
