Ahmad, Lukni Burhanuddin, holds the position of lecturer at the Faculty of Economy and Business, Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani. He earned his master's degree in 2019 in Master of Science in Management, Bandung Institute of Technology. His research interests include digital marketing, consumer behaviour, and entrepreneurship. He has publications in International Journal of Emergency Services, Indonesian Journal of Business and Entrepreneurship, and the Asian Journal of Technology Management.
Arnita, Devi, holds the position of Researcher at School of Business and Management, Bandung Institute of Technology. She earned her Master degree in 2017 in Business Administration from School of Business and Management, Bandung Institute of Technology. Her research interests include digital marketing, consumer behavior, and data analytics. She has publications in Journal of Management Development, Australasian Marketing Journal, and Journal of International Consumer Marketing.

Nasution, Reza Ashari (in memoriam), was a Professor in Digital Business Strategy at the School of Business and Management, Institut Teknologi Bandung. His research interests encompassed brand co-recovery, servitization, digital marketing, digital transformation, and customer experience. Throughout his career, he published extensively in high ranking journals, including the Leadership & Organization Development Journal, Journal of Destination Marketing & Management, Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Technology, Asia Pacific Journal of Marketing and Logistics, Journal of Islamic Marketing, and Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services.
